Garden-to-Table kim chi workshop

UH West Oahu students, faculty and staff learn how to make kim chi using vegetables from the UH West Oʻahu Student Organic Garden.

UH West Oʻahu students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend the ʻĀina-to-ʻŌpū Workshops, featuring Kalo Poke, Kalo Salad, and Nice Cream, on the first Wednesday of each month throughout the spring 2017 semester. The Workshops run from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in the Hale Kuahuokalā in the garden.
